On this upcoming International Women's Day and Women's History month, let's celebrate women's achievements by embracing equity and inclusivity.
By opening up our 5Ks to mothers with strollers and those with assistive walking devices, we can create a more welcoming and inclusive world for everyone.
Join us for the PinkStrong Duathlon & 5K Fun Run/Walk on March 26. 2023 and help us ensure that all women have the opportunity to participate and succeed, regardless of their circumstances.
PinkStrong *New* 5K Fun Run/Walk Course Review
As the race organizer for the PinkStrong 5K coming up at Lakeway City Park, I want to share some social proof that the changes we've made to our 5K run course are having a positive impact.
We had [3] runners test out the new course, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
In particular, I want to give a shoutout to Leslie and Acharra, who gave the new course raving reviews. They both noted how much easier it could be to navigate with strollers and assistive walking devices, and they appreciated the effort we've made to make the course more inclusive and accessible while keeping the amazing views.
We're so grateful for their feedback, and we're excited to share this improved course with all of our participants.
