2024 We kicked off a 30-Day Strength & Water Challenge in our Facebook Group.


At our Triathlon & Cycling Club, we offer the Fun Fit Challenge 24 program to help you achieve your fitness goals in a fun, challenging way. Our program includes bicup curls to boost your upper body strength, oblique bends to enhance your core strength, and single leg deadlifts to improve your leg strength and balance. Download our plan graphic and follow it step-by-step to see amazing results. Don't forget to stay hydrated with water to help flush out toxins and improve recovery time.
